ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME

 

Order Handling

Nordland Aurora is a one-person company. Almost everything is done by me, Ove Lillas.This may cause a slower process when handling orders and shipping them. I ask for your understanding. Nordland Aurora is still in a start-up phase which means I don't have every size of every photo in store. I might have to order prints that I then sign and pack before I send them to you.

 

The advantages of this approach are that:

• You receive personal service

• Each product is checked by the creator before delivery

• You can easily request a customized product, for example, a picture you've seen published on Instagram but is not available in Nordland Aurora's webshop.

The disadvantages are that:

• The delivery time is longer. I ask for your understanding and patience.

Current Delivery Time

Depending on wether your ordered print is available in stock the current delivery time at the moment is 10–20 days.

Return​

• You have the right to return a product that you are not happy with within 14 days from the day you receive your product.

• Your expences, including shipping costs will be returned within 7 days.​​
